ISS provided for example the audio visual systems in the lecture theatre of the Newman Building in 2007 (€200,000 approx). This involved the installation of a standardised system to a very high specification. We have found their work to be of a very high standard, delivered in a prompt and effective manner. They successfully competed for the installation of a similar system on a smaller scale in the Engineering Building last summer (2009).
For the last year they have also provided dedicated on-site technical support. This is a vital service requiring rapid response to equipment failures/problems in a busy academic setting. I have found their staff to be flexible and responsive. They appear to be well-trained and creative when it comes to providing solutions. I also value the accessibility and consistency of their management team.

I have on occasion been asked for advice by Schools within the University and have had no hesitation in recommending ISS.
